We are a non-profit organization focused on celebrating and empowering women in tech globally.
Techlia was founded by a group of ambitious women who want to be impactful in the world. Who wants to a smarter generation of female leaders in the tech and entrepreurship industry.
Research shows that only 26% of technology jobs are held by women. We are bridging that gap by equipping women to get started in and sustain Tech Careers and Entrepreneurship with relevant and on-demand tech and digital skills.

We envision a world where women are proportionally represented in all spheres and sectors in the Tech Industry. A world where women are equally represented across all career roles in Technology and Entrepreneurship.
